1. If a student is dissatisfied or would like a refund they can send an email to support@zydii.com where they will give the reason for wanting a refund.
  2. If it is viable administration will reverse the transaction.
  3. The reversal will happen after 24 hours
  4. Immediate request after purchase may yield a 90% refund, Each day that has passed before the request will reduce the refund by 0.5%. After a month there can be no refund
